My name is Tony Rham, and I am a writer, trainer, and meditation teacher. At the age of fourteen, I began studying meditation, philosophy, and the humanities. After more than twenty years of teaching and sharing these fields with others, I continue to deepen along this path, always attentive to what unfolds. This journey has led me to give classes, lectures, and retreats to professionals, teachers, and all kinds of people in schools, universities, events, and companies. Five years ago, I founded Espacio Mindfulness, a podcast that brought me great joy and resonated in the hearts of hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Today, the podcast has evolved into its current format, a meeting place for humanism, spirituality, and self-knowledge called The Infinite Question. It is from this platform--through my blog, as well as my courses, lectures, and books--that I offer my perspective on the world we live in. Whether in rooms, auditoriums, or from a garden, my presence has the same mission: to share a cultivation of attention and a form of humanism that are close, accessible, and understandable, so that each person may find an inner space that allows them to listen to themselves and grow as a human being.
